"On Major League Baseball’s opening day this year, you might notice a few new additions to your home team’s stadium. Several stadiums have reacted to the increased demand of the gluten-free marketplace and are now offering gluten-free food options for their customers.
ARAMARK, a food and beverage company that manages concession stands at a number of professional sports stadiums, will be offering gluten-free beer and food at a number of MLB ball parks this year. The majority of the stadiums mentioned above offer a number of selections that are naturally gluten-free, such as vegetables and steamed white rice.
